Did you know that almost 80 % of all court judgments are never collected? Your judgment may have been awarded by the court but the collection process is your responsibility. The court does not collect for you. I can try to collect when you can’t. I have the resources, expertise, and determination to execute the judgment you were justly awarded. I will secretly conduct a thorough investigation to uncover any assets or sources of income, and take whatever steps are necessary to legally seize them! I have access to both private and public databases that allows us to skip-trace the debtor of what you are going to do! Through the courts and the Sheriff Dept it can be done.

If you have a valid court awarded California judgment of any amount, I will use every method at our disposal to collect the full amount of your unpaid judgment plus any interest, and costs you are legally due. I will track your debtor down even if he or she has moved. We will prepare documents for you to conduct a debtors exam, garnish wages, attach bank accounts, lien real property, and seize assets as necessary. You will just pay me for document preparation, courier service to file, record at the Recorders Office or Sheriff Dept fees and Process Server fee(s). I will not charge you a percentage of your judgment. You will get every penny of money that is collected directly mailed to you.
History
In 1996 Kym Adams started serving court documents as a Process Server and in 1998 attended California Southern Law School in Riverside and completed studies and earned a certificate in Paralegal Studies. In 2001 she completed the Paralegal Program at Mt. San Jacinto College and obtained another certificate in Paralegal studies then continued to educate herself. Now after completing all the required courses to obtain a Degree in Paralegal in 2005 she still continues to attend legal document seminars and works on training interns at Mt. Jacinto College.
